While we hope you enjoy our teacakes, we understand life happens. Please read below for our order change, cancellation, and refund policies.
Order Change Policy
Delivery: Since delivery orders are completed through a third party, changes will not be made to delivery orders.
Pick Up: For pick up orders, no changes can be made after the order has been placed.
Catering: To change a catering order, please call us at (214) 968-3123 no later than 24 hours before your scheduled catering order. If you would like to change your catering order within 24 hours of your scheduled catering order, full price will be charged for the old and new items.
Cancellation Policy
Delivery: Since delivery orders are completed through a third party, please visit the third party's app/website for information on delivery cancellations.
Pick Up: To cancel a pick up order, please call us at (214) 968-3123 no later than 1 hour before your pick up order. If you would like to cancel your pick up order within 1 hour of your pick up order, 50% of the order total will be charged.
Catering: To cancel a catering order, please call us at (214) 968-3123 no later than 48 hours before your scheduled catering order.

If your catering order is cancelled between 24-47 hours of your scheduled catering order, 50% of the order total will be charged.

If your catering order is cancelled in less than 24 hours of your scheduled catering order, 75% of the order total will be charged.
Refund Policy
Delivery: Since delivery orders are completed through a third party, please visit the third party's app/website for refund information.
Pick Up: Refunds for pick up orders will be granted with management discretion. Please call us at (214) 968-3123. Typically, refunds will be issued for the amount of teacakes returned. Example: If 75% of the order is returned, a refund for 75% of the order total is issued.
Catering: Refunds for catering orders will be granted with management discretion. Please call us at (214) 968-3123.
